The Challenge
Greenback uses Salesforce as its CRM to manage it clients and CPAs. They used existing middleware integration with a prebuilt connectors and recipes to connect Salesforce and Freshbooks. The pre-built middleware’s integration components were out-of-date with the latest Freshbooks API changes causing errors requiring manual fixes.
