Omnitoria’s founders spent more than 10 years implementing hundreds of Salesforce projects as Salesforce Architects, Developers and Consultants.

Over time, we noticed we were being asked to implement the same or similar bespoke solutions over-and-over again. We felt we were in a unique position to assess gaps on the Salesforce platform and develop more repeatable solutions.

One big area that we were keenly aware of was on the topic of Salesforce integrations. Cross-platform integration with Salesforce was an area of specialty for us where by itself we had developed hundreds of custom Salesforce integration projects. We found ourselves repeating many of the same design patterns over and over and asked ourselves a question: Where is the gap between the range of middleware applications and the custom integrations we were being asked to build?

Our answer was to build Declarative Webhooks as our first Salesforce Appexchange product. We built Declarative Webhooks with sufficient scalability and robustness to handle almost any conceivable integration use case with the Salesforce platform and worked hard to make it as simple as possible—it is easy for the end user to configure and maintain with clicks instead of code.

This started our journey to become a Salesforce ISV partner with a range of new applications in the pipeline.
