Why Integration Is Important

In this article we wanted to discuss how Reali, one of our customers, was able to make their work more efficient and save thousands using Declarative Webhooks.

Reali is a real estate technology company that is working to improve how homes are bought and sold in the United States. Through its native consumer-facing mobile app and real estate website, they provide smarter financing options to homebuyers which results in faster transactions and smoother moves.

Challenges Reali Faced

Reali has multiple customer interfaces and wanted to connect it to their company’s backend hub. Reali was already using Salesforce and it was key to their agents, as Reali uses it to assign their agents to particular zip codes, which is then reflected to consumers. They did not want to manually update their consumer-facing platforms each time data changed in Salesforce. They were aware of how fast-moving the real estate industry and its clients are, Reali knew efficiency and automation were going to be of the utmost importance in a solution.

How Integration with Salesforce Using Declarative Webhooks solved Reali’s Problems

Reali knew that tight integrations with Salesforce was a must to drive their operational efficiency, scale their business, and stay relevant to its customers. Since the Reali team needed an automatic connection between Salesforce and their proprietary systems, they decided to download the Declarative Webhooks app from the Salesforce AppExchange.

With Declarative Webhooks Reali was able to build connections from Salesforce to their consumer-facing applications. This connection, triggered automatically, instantly updated information on their applications when an Agent’s zip code assignment changed in Salesforce. This saved Reali a lot of time as they were able to eliminate duplicate and manual data entry. There are more benefits as the Declarative Webhooks app requires no-code, so Reali doesn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars per hour on a costly Salesforce Developer. Instead, they can use a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and scale their connections. Supporting scalability, they can integrate one Salesforce application with another or even choose to connect more platforms in the future.

Reali Quote

“As an admin, I’ve always struggled with integrations, especially against 3rd party APIs. Oftentimes I would not prioritize integration efforts due to a lack of competencies and perceived effort. DWH makes it easy for me and my team to stand up complex integrations quickly, and ensure they conform to internal standards. Really happy with the product and service.”
